Home Solar System Mastung Tender Notice
Description
Provision and installation of Home Solar System for Mastung City with an estimated cost of Rs.188,130,839. Procurement is to be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms must possess valid and up-to-date Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above with the applicable specialization code, valid Income Tax registration with active taxpayer status and valid Income Tax registration with active taxpayer status as stated in the notice. The bidding document fee is Rs.2,500, payable as specified through the Government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of Pakistan. Bids must include bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit or Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 03 September 2026 at 9:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 10:00 AM on the same day. The bid validity period is 90 days. The procurement covers home solar systems, solar power equipment, residential solar energy installations and associated installation works for Mastung City.
