Consultancy Solarization Dwsss Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for solarization of DWSSs under Karak Area Development Project KADP, Kohat Area Development Project KADP, Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative ASDI, ADP 251122 and other schemes identified in the Request for Proposal. Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council bearing relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and Financial Proposals must be prepared according to the RFP and submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure by 14 September 2026 at 1200 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours, while financial proposals of consultants declared unqualified during technical evaluation will not be opened, downloaded or evaluated. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07 September 2026 at 1400 hours at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle Kohat, District Kohat. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained and the Procuring Entity or Procuring Committee reserves the right to reject proposals by assigning a cogent reason. The consultancy concerns solarization of drinking water supply schemes, DWSS solar systems, renewable energy solutions, solar-powered water supply infrastructure and engineering consultancy services directly related to the stated schemes.
