Medical Equipment Slide Storage Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment comprising imported Slide Storage Cabinet, Slide Printer with Scanner and Bio Sealer Desktop Heavy Duty according to the bidding specifications, with estimated procurement amount of PKR 10,470,450 and bid security of 2% of the estimated amount. E-bids are invited from vendors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities under the applicable PPRA bidding procedure. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 August 2026 at 03:00 PM in the conference room of the Supply Chain Department Tower-A. Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid validity period is 180 days from the opening date. Delivery terms are CIF/DDP-PKU Lahore as specified in the bidding documents.
