Agricultural Equipment Machinery Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under the Regular and Development Budget, including ETI-funded schemes, comprising - purchase of agricultural inputs and tools - supply of fencing and construction materials - supply of miscellaneous items - supply of stationery items - repair and maintenance of vehicles - supply and installation of fruit processing machinery. Sealed bids must include the prescribed Call Deposit or bid security from a scheduled bank or KCBL in favour of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region. Bidding documents contain specifications, quantities and conditions and are available after payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee in the Government Treasury. Procurement will follow the single stage two-envelope procedure. Firms with relevant experience of similar work will be preferred. The tender remains valid until 30th June 2027 without escalation or increase in rates during the contract period. The successful bidder is responsible for delivery, installation where applicable and completion of supplies or services at specified locations at its own cost throughout the financial year. Partial, conditional, incomplete, blank and late bids will be rejected, while supply orders will be issued according to availability of funds.
