Description
Procurement of repair of transport including heavy machinery and light vehicles and other embankment works for the Assistant Director GBDMA office Kharmang for financial year 2026-27. Separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes. Bidding documents are available only to registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors having the required setup, workshop, shop or store and adequate supply or stock. Refundable bid security is required in the form of a bank draft from a scheduled bank in the name of AD GBDMA Kharmang, amounting to Rs. 120,000 for transport repair and Rs. 15,000 for other embankment works. Relevant documents include a one-year bank statement, five years relevant experience, firm registration certificate, owner CNIC, firm letterhead, address, vendor number and telephone details, with at least two similar supply orders or work completion records. Conditional, ambiguous, incomplete, handwritten, irrational or dubious bids may be rejected, and applicable taxes are inclusive in the bid price.
