Procurement of works comprising - construction of an artificial lake at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park and Evergreen Plantation on government land in Ishkoman District Ghizer, with earnest money of Rs. 25,064 and tender form cost of Rs. 4,000 - horticulture camping site for one kanal at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park and Evergreen Plantation on government land in Ishkoman District Ghizer, with earnest money of Rs. 38,121 and tender form cost of Rs. 4,000. Bidding shall follow the single stage one-envelope procedure. Bidding documents will be issued to registered government contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council subject to production of 2026-27 registration or renewal fee receipt, original CNIC and PEC registration certificate, no-litigation and no-sick-project/court-case/blacklisting certificate, and earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt in the name of the Divisional Forest Officer District Ghizer from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The firm owner must have a PACPT Architect registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners and submit the registration certificate. Contractors/firms must have relevant experience in recreational park landscaping. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM on the scheduled date. Late bids will not be accepted, and in case of a gazetted or local holiday the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The prospective eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents after payment of the prescribed price and submission of a written application personally or through an authorized representative with an attested Power of Attorney. The Forest Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under GB PPRA Rules, 2022.
