Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager Appliance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a hardware appliance based Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. The Single Stage-Two Envelope method will be used with Least Cost Based Selection for evaluation. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 25th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must include Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Vendors must submit hardcopy NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration Proof, undertaking of non-blacklisting and original bid security by 11:00 AM on 7th September 2026. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on 7th September 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submission will not be entertained. Bid security is 391,999.96 and bid validity is 120 days.
