Prequalification Of Recurring Service Providers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification for establishment of a panel of service providers for equipment services, production services, repair and maintenance, printing, designing and publication services, any other recurring services, and purchase of miscellaneous items. Eligible firms and companies must fulfill the eligibility requirements and be registered with relevant tax authorities and active taxpayers. The prequalification is conducted under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable Government instructions. Bidding documents cost PKR 50000/- non-refundable and must be obtained from the relevant office after publication. Applications and proposals must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 PM on 07.09.2026 and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bid security is 0.00. Pro Tip: The procurement establishes a one-year panel of service providers covering equipment services, production, repair and maintenance, printing, designing, publication, recurring services and miscellaneous goods procurement on an as-and-when-required basis.
