Janitorial Services Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services for FY 2026-27 as non-consultancy services. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement uses Single Stage-Two Envelope open competitive bidding with the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on 8th September 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
