Supply of 2,093 Chilghoza Cone Collection Kits under the ADP project “Diversifying Livelihood Opportunities through Value Chain Development of High Values Chilghoza Pine Forest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”, Project Code 220053. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers and general order suppliers must be registered with EPADS, KPRA and FBR with active status and have sufficient relevant experience. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% in the form of original Call Deposit, and a separate tender form fee of Rs.1,500 is applicable. The tender is to be submitted through EPADS and the sealed tender documents must reach the procuring office by 11:00 AM on 03 September 2026; opening is at 11:30 AM. Stamp duty of Rs.18,750 is also required. Quoted rates remain valid until 30 June 2027.
