Establishment Jawan Markaz Parachinar Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of Jawan Markaz at Headquarters Parachinar, Tribal District Kurram under the Youth Development Package and Establishment of Youth Facilities (AIP). Estimated cost is 151.42 million and the required PEC category is C4 and above. The procurement uses Single Stage-Two Envelope E-Bidding through EPADS. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost with additional security where applicable. Technical bids are opened at 12:30 PM, while financial bids are opened after approval of the technical bid. Bidders must have active PEC and KPRA registration, relevant experience, and an active tax payer status. At least two similar projects completed during the last five years, each valued at not less than 70% of the engineer estimated cost, are required.
