Road Feasibility Study Design Torkham Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for feasibility study and design of construction and blacktopping of the road from N-55 FATA University to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Slop, Shinkoo and Chora, covering approximately 43 km. The procurement is for road-sector consultancy services through E-PADS using the Quality-Cum-Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Technical and financial proposals are required from already shortlisted consultants and firms of the Roads Sector of the C&W Department. RFP documents and TORs are available on payment of Rs. 5,000 non-refundable. Consultants with maximum experience in detailed design of government-sector road projects will be preferred. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM. Proposals comprise technical and financial bids.
