Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites e-bids for procurement of Vinyl Flooring Sheet for Financial Year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Estimated cost is Rs.2,100,000 and bid security is 1% of estimated cost, i.e. Rs.21,000. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 05 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR.
