Procurement Of Internet Services For Ctd Headquarters Lahore Tender Notice

Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab invites electronic bids for provision of Internet Services for one site, CTD Headquarters Lahore, opposite Jallo Park, on a Service Level Agreement basis. The required service is 400 Mbps per month for a minimum period of one year, extendable under contract terms. The estimated monthly cost is Rs.408,333.33 and the estimated 12-month contract value is Rs.4,900,000. Bid security is Rs.147,000, equivalent to 3%. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 07 September 2026 at 01:00 PM and will be opened at 01:30 PM the same day. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate for the complete package. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance.
