Installation Solar Irrigation Tube Wells Tender Notice

Installation of solar based irrigation tube wells at multiple locations in District Haripur including village Biyan Ahmed Ali PK-46 - village Sangian PK-47 - village Sirya PK-47 - village Pind Hashim Khan PK-46 - UC Dingi PK-48 - Nartopa PK-46 - village Krokian PK-47 - village Bandi Sher Khan PK-47 - village Pind Hashim Khan PK-46 - and village Teer District Haripur, including complete supply and installation of solar systems with pumping machinery. Estimated costs range from Rs. 3,520,000 to Rs. 7,540,000 and earnest money is 2% plus applicable stamp duty. Eligible firms and bidders must hold valid PEC registration for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and specialization codes, be registered with KPPRA and have active NTN registration with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS under the single stage single envelope procedure using the above or below system on BOQ or Engineer estimate based on MRS or NSI where applicable. Original 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit must also be submitted through courier. Bids more than 10% and up to 20% below the Engineer estimate require 8% additional security, while bids more than 20% below will be rejected.
