Description
Hiring of vehicles on rental basis for official use in WASA Chakwal for financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,999,280 and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 249,964. Eligible contractors, firms and companies registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA and having Active Taxpayer Status with NTN and PNTN may participate. Bids must be completed, authenticated and uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders must submit bid security through the e-Procurement System by the closing time. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT or BOQ entry in figures and words and percentage quotations on the total estimated cost will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 60 days.
