Renovation and repairing of AB Hall toilet blocks at UET Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 13,579,743 and 5% bid security, renovation of two guest rooms in the Foreign Faculty Hostel at UET Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,764,552 and 5% bid security, and provision and fixing of a separate water supply line from B-Type to F-Type residences at UET Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,713,807 and 5% bid security. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes and holding a valid renewed PEC licence for financial year 2026-27 may participate. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA E-Tendering System and rates must be quoted item-wise rather than as a percentage above or below the estimated or DNIT cost. Original CDR bid security must be furnished at opening, and additional performance security may be required where the lowest quoted rates exceed 5% of estimated cost. Fake documents may result in disqualification and disciplinary proceedings.
