Description
Procurement of Degree Folders for an upcoming university convocation from firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and active tax filers. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,559,564 and bid security is Rs. 71,191 representing 2% of the total estimated price. Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure and evaluation will be carried out lot wise under the applicable procurement rules, with technically compliant and lowest evaluated e-bid accepted. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Offers submitted by mail, courier or by hand will be rejected. Bid validity is 90 days and may be extended for another 30 days.
