Procurement of Food and Catering Services for various projects under a framework contract with multiple quantities, estimated total cost of Rs. 40,000,000 and fixed bid security of Rs. 800,000, together with procurement of Miscellaneous Hardware for Makerspace Punjab including 01 3D ToF Camera Solution estimated at Rs. 2,500,000 with bid security of Rs. 50,000 and multiple Miscellaneous Hardware estimated at Rs. 11,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 220,000. Bidding will be conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately, duly completed, signed and stamped, and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
