Modernization Uplifting Multipurpose Skating Arena Tender Notice
Description
Modernization and uplifting of the Multipurpose Skating Arena at Bagh-e-Jinnah, Faisalabad, with an estimated cost of Rs. 27,559,357 and 5% earnest money of Rs. 1,377,968. The work has a three-month time limit and is subject to the technical sanction referenced in the notice. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27 and eligible categories may participate after registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Single stage single envelope procedure will be adopted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and amendments. Bidders must electronically upload rates against each item and the total bid amount using the DNIT or BOQ downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System. A 10% performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder within 15 days after issuance of the letter. Ornamental works and sculptures must be procured from approved sources under supervision of the Engineer In-Charge.
