Education Officer Mardan invites a re-auction of old debris from unusable rooms of government schools in District Mardan with approval of the competent authority. The listed sites include Government Primary School Qasim Toru Mardan - 2 rooms, Government Primary School Anar Baig No. 1 Gambat - 2 rooms, Government Primary School Kodinka Gambat Mardan - 2 rooms, Government Primary School Ghalla Dher No. 1 Mardan - 3 rooms, Government High School Labour Colony Mardan - 2 rooms, Government Primary School Shuja Abad Lund Khwar - 4 rooms and Government High School Tor Dher Mardan - 4 rooms. Bidding dates are 05-09-2026, 07-09-2026 and 09-09-2026 as specified for the respective locations. Interested persons must deposit Rs. 50,000 as earnest money in the office of the undersigned before the auction during office hours. The successful bidder must deposit one-fourth of the total amount in cash at the spot, remove all debris within fifteen days after approval of the bid, and deposit the remaining amount within five days after approval, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited to the government. Applicable sales tax and income tax shall be deposited by the successful bidder under prevailing government policy. The authorized officer may reject the bid wholly or partially without assigning any reason.
