Procurement Furniture Office Mess Ry Khan Airport Tender Notice

Pakistan Airports Authority invites bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for procurement of furniture for office and mess at R.Y. Khan Airport. The procurement comprises Lot-1 with fixed bid security of Rs. 244,063 and Lot-2 with fixed bid security of Rs. 171,531. Bids are to be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on 08-09-2026 by 11:00 hours and opened at 11:30 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Prospective bidders must provide proof of Active Taxpayer List status and GST/NTN certificates. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee must reach the specified Pakistan Airports Authority office before the submission deadline, with a scanned copy uploaded through EPADS. The contract remains valid until satisfactory completion and warranty period.
