Provision Janitorial Services Nha Regional Office Lahore Tender Notice
Description
National Highway Authority invites sealed bids for provision of janitorial services for the NHA Regional Office Building at Lahore. Eligible companies and firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bid security of Rs. 200,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Fund Security Deposit. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the NHA website free of cost. Bids must be submitted by 08-09-2026 at 12:30 hours and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 13:00 hours. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified and legal action may follow.
