Hiring Janitorial Sanitation Services Thar Institute Mithi Tharparkar Tender Notice

NED University of Engineering & Technology invites tenders through EPADS for hiring of Janitorial / Sanitation Services at Thar Institute of Engineering, Sciences and Technology, Mithi, Tharparkar under Tender No. PC/NED/RG/Janitorial/8579/2026. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender documents will be issued from 20-08-2026, with the last date of issuance of tender documents on 09-09-2026. Completed tenders must be submitted by 10-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant authorities including FBR, SESSI and other applicable departments and must have at least three years of experience in providing Janitorial and Sanitation Services. Bidders are required to provide satisfactory service certificates for completed assignments and details of turnover for at least the preceding three years. The average annual turnover for the last three years must not be less than Rs. 40 million, supported by online tax returns filed with FBR. Bidders must provide audited annual financial statements for the preceding three years and valid tax certificates issued by the Government of Sindh where applicable. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper is required confirming that the bidder has no history of litigation, is not blacklisted and is not currently involved in corruption, fraud or collusive practices, and confirming the authenticity of the information and documents submitted. Bidders are required to obtain the detailed bidding documents through the relevant EPADS and PPRA procurement system and submit their best and final prices in accordance with the bidding documents. In case of an unforeseen situation or government holiday resulting in closure of the office, submission and opening of bids will take place on the next working day at the prescribed time and venue. NED University reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid or procurement process subject to the applicable provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended.
