Procurement of surgical disposable and chemical items for multiple hospitals including BVH A&E PIC and Sadiq Abbasi Hospital under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 on FOR basis including submission through EPADS system with single stage two envelope procedure requirement of earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank guarantee submission of original earnest money before closing time eligibility of firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments and compliance with procurement rules
