Stationery Toners Printing Janitorial Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery, toners, printing, janitorial and general items for FY 2026-27. The procurement is for goods and will use single stage-one envelope competitive bidding with Least Cost Based Selection LCBS. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 and manual submission is not permitted. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration as prescribed. E-bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0 and bidders must be registered on the system. The bid submission time is 11:00 AM and bid opening time is 11:30 AM. Bid security is 77,800.00 and bid validity is 60 days. The requirement covers stationery, toner cartridges, printing, janitorial supplies, general items and related office procurement.
