Procurement of new ATS 11KV high tension panel including supply installation testing and commissioning with requirement of bidders registered with PEC or IESCO and tax authorities submission through EPADS system under single stage two envelope procedure provision of bid security up to 2 percent of estimated cost in acceptable forms submission of original bid security before opening time and compliance with procurement rules and technical and financial proposal requirements
