Description
Hiring of rental premises for a Sub Zonal Office in Baldia with a total area of 1700 to 3000 square feet. The premises must have sufficient parking for vehicles and must be located in the main area of Baldia. Interested parties must have legally cleared premises with valid title or ownership documents. The procurement will follow single stage-one envelope competitive bidding. Bidders must participate through EPADS, download the tender document, complete the BOQ, bid form or schedule of requirement and upload duly signed and stamped tender documents. Where required, a valid PEC Certificate must also be uploaded. The physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room before the bid submission time. Bid security is 20,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. The bid opening time is 10:30 AM.
