Audit And Verification Consultancy For Kissan Card Project Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services of a Chartered Accountant firm for audit and verification of financial transactions and markup invoices under the Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Phase-II Project for Season-04 Kharif 2026 and Season-05 Rabi 2026-27. Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and enlisted in Category A or B on the State Bank of Pakistan panel of approved firms maintained under Section 35(1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance 1962. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Sealed bids must be delivered by 11:00 AM on 04-09-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security is PKR 0.200 million, representing 2% of the estimated cost of PKR 10.00 million, in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Banker's Cheque issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes must be quoted, as no negotiations are expected. Bid Security, NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the Technical Proposal. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, alternative or conditional proposals will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder and applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules. The consultancy covers financial transaction audit, markup invoice verification, Chartered Accountant services, financial review and compliance verification for agricultural financing transactions under the Kissan Card project.
