Supply Installation Solar Systems Wildlife Offices Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of 6 KW solar systems at three Wildlife offices including the Office of the DFO Wildlife Malakand at Zafar Park Batkhela, Office of the DFO Wildlife Upper Swat at Masoom Shaheed Colony Matta Bar Swat, and Office of the DFO Wildlife Dir at Balambat Colony Timergara Dir Lower. The estimated cost is Rs.1.3 million for each unit and Rs.3.9 million for all three units, with bid security of Rs.78,000. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible firms and bidders must be registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and registered on EPADS. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and scanned copies of the bid documents, original tender form and original 2% bid security shall also be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time. Bid security shall be in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Malakand Wildlife Division. The electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the submission date. Required documents include National Identity Card copy, active registration with relevant tax authorities, affidavit of non-involvement in any court case with the department and an application signed and stamped by an authorized person. Bid securities of the first, second and third lowest bidders will be retained until approval. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted. Rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027 and the procuring entity may conduct inspection and quality testing before final payment. This procurement covers solar power systems, photovoltaic equipment, 6 KW solar installations, renewable energy systems, solarized office power supply and installation services.
