Construction and infrastructure development works including construction of twin latrine, PCC street pavements, drain, culverts and walls at Chandi Bazar District Mohmand, construction of waiting sheds at Katar Kaley, Chandi Chawk, Maila Bash Baba Chawk and Katar Chawk District Mohmand, upgradation of drinking water supply schemes with solarization of existing bore and construction of overhead water tanks in Upper Mohmand, uplifting, beautification and improvement of infrastructure including PCC road at Sagi Shinwari Upper Mohmand, and construction of a suspension bridge in Ghalanai under ASDI. Estimated costs are Rs.40.7 million, Rs.40 million, Rs.30 million, Rs.10 million and Rs.8 million respectively, with bid security at 2% of estimated cost. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Contractors and firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C5 or above with relevant PEC codes, and PEC, FBR and KPRA Active Tax Payer registrations must be valid for the current financial year. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and original bid security and additional security, where applicable, shall be submitted to the Office of Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand before closing time. Rates may be offered as a percentage above, below or at par with the engineer estimate. Where rates are more than 20% below the estimate, detailed rate analysis with valid supporting documentation must be submitted. Online clarification is permitted until 04-09-2026 at 05:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. False, materially inaccurate or incomplete information or failure to submit bid securities may result in disqualification and action under the KPPRA Act and Rules. The procurement covers civil construction, PCC roads, streets, drainage, culverts, retaining structures, waiting sheds, water supply schemes, solarization, overhead water tanks, beautification, infrastructure improvement and suspension bridge construction.
