Procurement Installation Commissioning Diesel Generators Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation and commissioning of diesel generator sets including 1250 kVA prime rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz generators with canopy and accessories - quantity 04, and 250 kVA prime rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz generators with canopy and accessories - quantity 02. Bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors or authorized agents of Original Equipment Manufacturers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer list and registered with EPADS. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of PKR 3,000,000 is required for the 1250 kVA generators and PKR 1,000,000 for the 250 kVA generators, submitted from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Project Director Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 01-09-2026 at 10:00 AM PST. Bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and the original bid security must also be submitted to the procuring office. The bids will be opened at 11:00 AM PST on the closing date. Income Tax, Sales Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax, KPRA and other applicable government taxes shall be charged according to rules. Pay Orders and bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not accepted. Procurement will be conducted under the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act and Rules. This procurement covers diesel generators, standby power generators, prime-rated generator sets, generator accessories, canopy systems, electrical power generation equipment, installation, testing and commissioning for institutional healthcare facilities.
