Procurement Medical Clinical Support Equipment Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of general disposables - automated PCR extraction and amplification system on reagent rental basis for the second time - office furniture for Clinical Trial Unit - supply and installation of emergency call bell system for patient washrooms - supply, installation, testing and commissioning of negative pressure rooms - IT equipment for institutional healthcare operations. Bids are invited through EPADS from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer list and registered with EPADS. Bidding shall use Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for general disposables, automated PCR system, Clinical Trial Unit office furniture and emergency call bell system, while Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall apply to negative pressure rooms. Bid security is PKR 500,000 for general disposables, PKR 100,000 for the automated PCR system and 03% of total bid value for the emergency call bell system and negative pressure rooms as specified in the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03-09-2026 at 10:00 AM PST. Bids shall be uploaded through EPADS with mandatory documents and scanned bid security, while original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the designated office. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:00 AM PST on the closing date. Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax, KPRA and other applicable government taxes shall be charged according to rules. Pay Orders and bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not accepted. Procurement shall be carried out under the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act and Rules. The procurement includes medical disposables, PCR diagnostic equipment, molecular testing systems, clinical trial furniture, emergency call systems, patient washroom safety equipment, negative pressure rooms, healthcare ventilation systems and IT equipment.
