Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), LDA invites bids from contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and having valid FBR and PRA registration for construction of Janazgah at UC-Jahman, NA-123, Lahore (Group-I). The estimated cost is Rs.49,065,773 and the earnest money is Rs.2,453,289, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. The required PEC category is C-5 and above with specified specialized codes. The completion period is six months. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 07-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and Technical Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR, valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days, must be submitted electronically before the closing time. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and percentage rates above or below the estimated cost will not be accepted. The technical evaluation requires valid PEC, FBR, PRA and legal registration, minimum bank balance of Rs.25 million supported by three months bank statements, and completion of at least two similar projects costing Rs.50 million during the preceding five years.
