Desilting Sullage Carrier Culverts Repair Drains Chakwal Tender Notice

WASA Chakwal invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from contractors registered on the E-PADS for the year 2026-27 under MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026. The work comprises desilting of sullage carrier and culverts with wench machine and repair of damaged stone masonry drains in different areas of Chakwal city. Estimated cost is Rs.3,942,998 with bid security of Rs.197,150, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of WASA Chakwal. Bid security must also be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System before the closing time. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted. Incomplete, ambiguous, unfilled, non-readable, corrupted, virus-infected, unsigned, unstamped or conditional bids will be rejected. Additional performance security may be required where the lowest bid is 5% or more below the estimated cost in accordance with the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. The successful contractor must execute the agreement within seven days of the acceptance letter. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting.
