Procurement Assistive Devices Mayo Hospital Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Mayo Hospital Lahore invites e-bids from manufacturers, authorized agents, distributors, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in medical devices for a framework contract for procurement of Assistive Devices for financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the tender is Rs.3,949,000. The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 05-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bidders are required to submit 1% bid security through the prescribed financial instrument and banking facility. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and Mayo Hospital websites. The procurement process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
