District Council Bhakkar invites tenders from firms and contractors for construction of soling at Chah Chhikan Janubi, Tehsil Mankera, on item-rate basis through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Eligible contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes may participate. Contractors are required to register on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System and submit the prescribed earnest money through the system. The estimated cost of the scheme is Rs.2,620,000 and the earnest money is Rs.131,000. After submission of bids, contractors may attend the office of District Council Bhakkar on 05-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, where bids will be retrieved and quoted rates and the successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Submission of fake information or documents, including CDR or receipts, may result in disqualification and blacklisting with recommendations to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals under PPRA Rule 35.
