King Edward Medical University Lahore invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors for procurement of annual general medals, shields, souvenirs, honor boards, bowls, wooden models, trophies and 3D golden steel letters on framework contract basis for FY 2026-27. Tender No. 06-27. Procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Estimated price is Rs.4,812,839 and bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee is Rs.96,257, equivalent to 2% of estimated price. Tender submission deadline is 08-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 10:30 AM. Bidders must provide Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, stamp paper and required bid security. Bidding documents may be obtained from KEMU or downloaded from the university website. Incomplete or defective tenders will be rejected.
