Installation Monument Mural Balambat Chowk Timergara Tender Notice
Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Timergara, Dir Lower invites bids from approved and registered government contractors and firms registered with PEC, KPPRA and Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through EPADS for installation of Monument Mural at Balambat Chowk. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using the Above, Below, At Par system. The estimated cost is Rs.2.129 million and bid security is Rs.42,600, equal to 2% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted by 08-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. The award will be based on Above, Below, At Par Engineer Estimate on MRS-2025. Bidders must submit original CDR, additional security where applicable, detailed rate analysis, fresh LCB registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, NTN, Income Tax Certificate and owner CNIC. The procuring entity may reject a bid where the detailed rate analysis is not convincing. In case of equal offers, the award will be decided through a free toss. Cutting or overwriting on tender forms or BOQ may result in rejection.
