Procurement Of Liquid Nitrogen Tender Notice
Description
Directorate General Extension, Livestock & Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites e-bids from registered manufacturers and authorized dealers in Pakistan for procurement of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2). The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 09-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the KPPRA, Livestock & Dairy Development and EPADS websites. Each bidder must submit bid security of Rs.200,000 in the form of CDR in favour of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 12:00 PM on the bid opening day and must be from the account of the firm or supplier. Ordinary, crossed or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. Bidders must quote the unit price in the prescribed financial bid format. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules 2014.
