Supply Grow Bags Silt Tender Notice
Description
Supply of grow bags size 12 inches with 0.3 mm thickness - quantity 400,000 units, with estimated cost of Rs.24.400 million and completion period of 1 month - supply of silt quantity 390,000 cubic feet, with estimated cost of Rs.15.6 million and completion period of 2 months. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014, with Technical and Financial Proposals submitted separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded duly signed and stamped by 10:00 AM on 14-09-2026, and technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Earnest money is required in the form of CDR in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Kasur Forest Division at Changa Manga, at 5% of estimated cost as stated in the notice, with rates to be entered online. Bids that are incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or submitted through an unauthorized mode will be rejected. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification, blacklisting and recommendation to PPRA. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules. The procurement covers horticultural grow bags, planting containers, silt and related forestry or plantation materials.
