Procurement of signals equipment comprising secondary and dry batteries and power equipment including Lead Acid 12 Volt 80, 210/220 AHC Exide batteries, Tubular 12 Volt 220/230 AHC Phoenix batteries and Dry Battery 12 Volt 150 AHC NARADA batteries - exchanges and telephone sets including Panasonic line telephone sets, cordless telephone sets, steno telephone sets, telephone sets, CLI steno telephone sets, telephone line testing handsets and Thuraya satellite set batteries - communication equipment including Wi-Fi sector antennas, 24 Volt PoE adaptors, TP Link Wi-Fi routers, Grand Stream Wi-Fi Router GWN 7660E, patch cords, media converters, Hub Cell 3.6V for Harris sets, SFP single fiber, pigtails and swabs - cables including shielded and unshielded Cat-6 cable, DC power cables and jumper wire - miscellaneous equipment including underground cable jointing kits, RJ-6, RJ-11, RJ-45 and UY2 connectors, RJ-45 couplers, DP boxes, strip fuses, optical fiber heat sleeves, DC adapters, test tools and repair kits, battery thimble pressers, Hilti drill machines, Hyundai heavy duty dust blowers, cable cutters, electric line testers, 3-in-1 modular crimping tools, Carona tools, cable ties, LMR hand-held batteries and antennas and Thuraya satellite phones with SIM and complete accessories - IT and CCTV network equipment including HDMI cable couplers, HDMI cables, HDMI splitters, HDMI switchers, PTZ cameras, fixed cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, hard disk drives and LED displays. Eligible firms, original manufacturers and contractors must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and equipment lists may be obtained against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000. Bidders must deposit a refundable Rs.10,000 CDR in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat. Representatives must physically attend the tender and submit technical and financial proposals as two separate envelopes within one package. Technical proposals will be opened on 10 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and financial proposals at 11:30 PM as stated in the notice. Conditional bids and late bids will not be accepted. Firms must submit a non-blacklisting affidavit, NTN certificate, affidavit regarding financial health, previous year tax return vetted by FBR, six-month bank statement and owner CNIC.
