Procurement of items for the Directorate of Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings) Hyderabad and field offices including Deputy Director Fisheries Carp Fish Hatchery Larkana at Dokri and Deputy Director Fisheries Carp Fish Hatchery Jamshoro at Bubak under Non-Development Budgetary provisions for financial year 2026-27, comprising Tender No.01 for purchase of Drug & Medicines with tender fee of Rs.2,000, Tender No.02 for procurement under the head of account Cost of Other Stores with tender fee of Rs.2,000, and Tender No.03 for procurement of items under the head of account Others with tender fee of Rs.2,000. Bidding documents containing quantities and specifications may be obtained from the Directorate of Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings) Hyderabad against a non-refundable fee through Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Director Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings) Hyderabad. Firms, companies, suppliers and sole distributors must be registered for Income Tax and General Sales Tax with FBR and must furnish security equal to 5% of the total bid offered through Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Director Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings) Hyderabad. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure, with one envelope containing the technical and financial proposal. Rates must include applicable Government taxes. Each tender will be considered as one unit and split tendering is not allowed. Blacklisted or defaulter firms, contractors, companies and sole distributors are not eligible. Supply orders will be issued subject to release of funds by the Finance Department and supplies must be completed within the period specified in the Schedule of Requirements. In case of a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
