Procurement Of Medical Equipment And Side Storage Cabinet Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment comprising an imported side storage cabinet, side printer with scanner and Bio Seater Desktop Heavy Duty, with estimated amount of PKR 10,470,450 and bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Eligible participating firms must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted electronically and hard copies are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 August 2026 at 03:00 PM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
