Procurement Of Plant Machinery Furniture And Office Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, electrical items, cleanliness items, miscellaneous items, office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, ice, coil, food and other items, along with repair of machinery, furniture and official buildings and purchase or repair of parts of Government vehicles. The estimated cost is Rs.20 million and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or Punjab Revenue Authority and may download bidding documents through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes in a single package and uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes. Technical and financial bids will be opened through the e-Procurement System in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms representatives.
