Purchase Of Poultry Feeds For Regional Offices Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of poultry feeds for the offices of PRI Karachi, PDPP Hyderabad, DDPP Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Khairpur, Shikarpur, N. Feroze, Umerkot and Sujawal during financial year 2026-27. Bid security is 2.5% and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.5,000 is applicable. Bidding documents, detailed specifications and relevant information may be obtained through the Sindh EPADS portal upon payment of the tender fee by Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Poultry Production & Research Sindh Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and the original tender fee payment instrument must be submitted with the Technical Proposal. A copy of bid security must be attached with the electronic proposal and original bid security must be included in the Technical Proposal. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with applicable Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Sindh Board of Revenue tax authorities and must have at least three years experience in similar assignments. Bids must include relevant literature, catalogs and technical specifications. Bid validity is 90 days, extendable under SPPRA rules.
