Framework Contract Deep Brain Stimulator Implant Kits Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of Deep Brain Stimulator (DBS) implant kits rechargeable through grant in aid, comprising 15 units at Rs.6 million each, with an approximate total cost of Rs.90 million. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Interested financially sound and Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the prescribed schedule. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, quantities and specifications are available from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System without cost. A 2% bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Rates must be quoted according to the bidding documents and tender list. If the scheduled submission or opening day is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply. Award or supply order is subject to availability of need and funds.
