Repair Maintenance Hospital Lifts Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance contract for 04 Doppler lifts and 02 dumbwaiters installed at Punjab Institute of Neurosciences Lahore, without parts, together with a framework contract for their parts, with an approximate cost of Rs.15 million. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Interested financially sound and Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the prescribed schedule. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, quantities and specifications are available from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System without cost. A 2% bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Rates must be quoted according to the bidding documents and tender list. If the scheduled submission or opening day is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply. Award or supply order is subject to availability of need and funds.
