Solarized Pressure Pumps Package 02 Tender Notice

Description

Installation of solarized pressure pumps, existing pressure pumps and hand pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis under Package-02, with an estimated cost of Rs.10.00 million and bid security of Rs.200,000 at 2% of the estimated cost. The work is based on MRS-2025/Non-MRS items under the approved PC-I and will be processed through the single stage single envelope procedure using electronic bidding via EPADS. Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council C-6 or above registration for FY-2026-27, Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar enlistment, Provincial Government Works Department enlistment, active taxpayer status with FBR, KPRA registration for 2026-27 and must submit CNIC and documentary evidence. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS using the Uploading (Files) submission type, while required physical documents and original bid security must also be submitted. A documentation fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost is required. The 2% bid security must be submitted through CDR in favor of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah, with the firm name mentioned on the CDR. Signed and stamped Bid, BOQ and contract data must be uploaded. For solar projects, only contractors having the specified solar code may bid and only approved or registered company solar material may be installed. Bids below the engineer estimate are subject to additional security requirements according to the applicable below-estimate thresholds, including additional security and detailed rate analysis where required. The work is subject to release or availability of funds.
