Request for Proposal for facility management services covering security, janitorial, horticultural, maintenance and operation services at IT Park Islamabad under reference P88141. Pakistan Software Export Board has reserved funds for financial year 2026-27 for eligible payments under the contract. Bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
